A typical scene from the Coventry Canal
This weekend with the lovely warm and dry weather, we took a little stroll in the Kingsbury Water Park and RSPB Reserve near Kingsbury.
The Coventry canal passes through the two parks and often has narrow boats moored up or passing though. The maximum speed of these boats is around 10 mph, but most observe the a more leisurely 5mph.
This photo was one I snapped as a narrow boat passed under the old Quarry Bridge in the RSPB Reserve near Middleton Hall.
If you are a wild life photographer or a Canal lover then this is the place to visit.
